Discovery Discovery of alpine skiing for absolute beginners. Objective within one week: simple linked turns on green and blue runs. Use of the drag-lift and speed control. Skier will learn to stop by himself.

		Evolution A few days to a week’s skiing experience. Control of elementary turns on blue runs. Initiation to stem turns.

		Evolution + Stem turns; good speed control on blue runs. Initiation on red runs and discovery of parallel turns. Initiation to carving.

		Altitude Parallel turns on red runs. Initiation to short turns and bumps. Speed control on steep descents. Initiation to off-piste (weather permitting).

		Freeride Skier is able to advance easily on all pistes and has total speed control. This course is perfect if you wish to go further, aim higher, ski stronger. Programme: " off piste and powder snow " (weather permitting).
